Brantley easily transitions from an intimate wedding at Cheekwood Gardens to an Iron Maiden tour date in Madison Square Garden with our various sized sound systems. No event is too small or large for our service, with each client getting our full attention to detail and quality, tailored to your budget to ensure success at every level.

Corporate and Political events have been a mainstay of our practice since our beginning.

Brantley has been providing tour support for 40 years. We can provide personnel and systems for an arena tour to a small club tour, and everything in between. Brantley customizes every rig that goes out to our client’s specifications. Our staff of well-trained engineers and techs will make sure your tour is a success on every performance.

Lighting

Brantley provides lighting for corporate and private events, and can light any event from a large corporate event to a small wedding or even a press conference. If you need lighting for a private or corporate event please contact us. We can customize and tailor to meet any of your needs.

Need lighting for a festival or concert? Brantley can provide a wide variety of lighting packages to meet your needs. No event is too big or too small. We can do everything from a concert rig all the way to a few lights for a songwriter’s night. Please contact us for all of your lighting services.

Staging and Scenic

Outdoor and indoor staging has been a staple of Brantley’s business since the beginning, and with an expanded inventory, the services we can provide are extensive and adaptable to events all over the country. We work on any surface, and make on-site custom adjustments to ensure quality and safety. Our scenic crew will meet with you, and maintain communication with you throughout the creation process. Multi-level staging and platforms are no challenge to us – just ask our past clientele like The Nashville Symphony, Lipscomb University, and Vanderbilt University about our exceptional products and services, and then give us a call.

Additionally, we have an extended inventory of tri-light truss, box truss, and even curved truss in all shapes and sizes. We also have the motors and rigging gear you need too. No installation is too small or too large. We have custom-built steps for the Delta Ballroom at Nashville’s Opryland Resort & Convention Center, and can create custom additions to pre-existing ballroom stages or venues anywhere else you might need them for your general session or meeting.

Whether you are in need of a small projector/LCD monitor or a LED video wall, we are your one stop shop for video services. For the past 10 years we have been providing projector and LCD monitors for general sessions & breakout rooms and LED walls for festivals & concerts.

Production Management

Here at Brantley we will work with you to assess the needs of your production from start to finish. We specialize in pre-coordination, onsite management, and the execution of all aspects of production. Our experience in live events will ensure you avoid the ordinary pitfalls of any production. With pre-show advancement, attention to detail, dedication to perfection, and the ability to work one-on-one with a production manager; you can rest assured that your event will be a success.

Design Services

You can choose to incorporate our designing services into our production management services. Brantley has been designing shows for over 30 years. Often times our clients find it difficult to achieve quality in all areas of production, but we can take content of a show and design our elements around it to ensure that quality is achieved in all areas of the production.

Previsualization

Part of our design services is our Pre-Visualization/CAD renderings & overhead layouts. This provides the client & crew detailed specifications of the layout and overall look of a concept. Most venues have readily available CAD files that we can input our production elements into that will allow you to see what your event will look like prior to.
